After the session I felt very calm, light and relaxed. During the session I felt extremely relaxed and at times during the session I felt a floating feeling and that I was able to breathe deeper. I could feel movement in my body like a wave going up and down. My mind is able to think with more clarity and I feel gratitude at a deeper level than prior to the session. ~ Casey B.
I felt energy movement, twitches and zings in different parts of my body and relaxation. I was able to take deeper breaths at one point and felt as if my shoulders completely relaxed. My spine felt elongated and my back more relaxed. I slept better and had less pain in my neck. Jess does a wonderful job of explaining what she’s doing and how it can help you. During the session I felt relaxed, energy movement, peaceful and sensations in different areas of my body. I experienced thoughts and patterns related to traumas and life events, such as divorce, abandonment, surgery. After the session I felt more integrated and whole instead of different parts of me going in different directions. I felt many sensations during the session. Warmth, movement, cooling sensation moving up my spine. I noticed the vision in my right eye was blurry. When she applied pressure to my feet I felt a rush of energy and lots of flashes of people and places in my mind. My goal for treatment is to release tension and pain in my back and hips. During the treatment my body was relaxed and stress free. I noticed that my hip was in a bit of pain. I felt relaxed as if meditating. After the session my left hip felt more open and my right back side feels more open and less restricted. Thank you for your support and efforts. The session was very relaxing and gentle but my body had strong responses. I definitely had movement through my spine, a wave like being on a boat. I felt more lengthened through my spine immediately as I walked out, now a few hours later I feel like my muscles were “worked”- maybe muscles I don’t normally use. I do feel very relaxed and less stressed. I enjoy knowing that it is relaxing but also dynamic, I feel like there will be more changes in how my body moves and functions. I would recommend it, especially to people who have maybe had chronic pain problems that haven’t responded to manual therapy before, this is so gentle and their own body helps find the right movements to heal itself, it feels safe and effective. It was very enjoyable, and Jess is great at explaining what she is about to do, so nothing is unexpected.~ Fran L.
