Join Jess Faulkner & Shannon Ditzel for an immersive 90 minute session that weaves together the ancient arts of Shiatsu, Reiki & Chakra Balancing. This is a specially curated group session where Jess will deliver her signature blend of Reiki-infused Shiatsu™ & Shannon will facilitate Chakra Balancing while channeling the healing energies of Reiki. This unique experience is designed to align your energy, enhance your inner peace & offers a profound journey through your body’s Chakra system, inviting a deeper connection with your spiritual essence. These sessions are intended to support all and anyone seeking healing and spiritual growth. The small group setting fosters a collective healing atmosphere and offers healing energies for the physical, mental, emotional & spiritual aspects of the body.

Acupuncture / Acupressure, Sound bowls & Somatic movement
Join Jaime Kline & myself for an evening of Self-Love & Healing. The evening will begin with gentle somatic movement to open the heart center. We will then embrace the healing frequencies of the sound bath while receiving a mini acupuncture treatment combined with acupressure, essential oils & Reiki to nourish our heart, relax the body & calm the mind. The evening concludes with with an expression of our own self love & appreciation through creating our own valentine while sipping on Chinese herbal tea & enjoying a bit of chocolate to nourish the soul.

May we reflect upon the will it takes to overturn our fears and cultivate the courage to live the life of our dreams. On Jan 7th, we will explore this theme through a somatic healing journey that weaves acupuncture, sound bath, and yoga nidra, followed by an energetic community share, while sipping on a mug of herbal tea, custom blended to support mind, body and spirit.
As we deepen into the yin of winter, a time of reflection and restoration, we will examine how to stop chasing the life we are “supposed” to live and start creating the life we want to live.

Come change your pace with us! Join us for an evening of healing & journey towards Unity Consciousness. What is Unity Consciousness? It is the philosophy that we are all ONE. Our affirmation for this sacred evening: “You heal, I heal, We all heal” This evening of Unity Consciousness will employ the energy of the Full Moon to assist you in releasing anything that is no longer serving you.
This empowering event will be a collaboration of 4 experienced healing practitioners who will combine their energies to support you by meeting your soul where it is on your spiritual path. Acupuncture, Sound Therapy & Breathwork will be utilized to move blockages, regulate your internal energies, elevate your vibration & prepare you for the shamanic & holographic healing work. From this elevated state of awareness, we are able to heal, grow, and expand.
The evening will commence with a cup of Chinese herbal tea to initiate the flow of energy & conclude with a Fire release ceremony where we can let go & prepare to receive.
